The simple façade of 28 gates hides a secret luxury experience within. Still simple, the interior luxury lies with pure quality and understated beauty - a reflection of the landscape outside. Polished floors made from Tasmanian timbers, comfortable leather sofas, the finest bed linen, cosy wood-fire and free-standing bath looking out to a country sky which would astound weary shearers and delight discerning travellers.

At 28 gates, our quality farm stay accommodation over two floors sleeps up to six people, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a fully appointed kitchen, but this is just the beginning…

Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. Directions and complimentary provisions list will be sent to you, once booking is confirmed.

*Please note that there is a two night minimum stay.

During COVID-19 we are flexible and happy to do 100% refunds back, if travel plans are cancelled.

What’s included in your stay

Included in the price is; breakfast provisions, home baked cake + bread, complimentary bottle of still or sparkling wine on arrival, short farm tour, fishing and special treats on arrival. The pantry is also stocked well with provisions too.

We are excited to be able to provide delicious farm - cooked meals made by Susie. Using fresh, local and

Tasmanian produce where possible. All our meals are made with love on the farm and will generally be served hot. Let us

know if you would like a special order and we will endeavour to do our best.

If you would like a lunch box packed with 2 delicious home baked bread rolls made with fresh ingredients , farm baked

biscuits, fruit and tea, coffee, thermos and milk: $50 person ( great to take fishing , on a picnic on the farm or out for the

day).
