We offer a selection of delicious farm-cooked meals by owner Susie and Will Chapman at ‘Braised’ using fresh, local and Tasmanian produce where possible. Let us know if you would like a special order, and we will endeavour to accommodate you.

  • An antipasto-style grazing platter consisting of a variety of Tasmanian cheeses, pastes, fruit + biscuits for 2 people to share. : $50

  • A lunchbox perfect for a day’s fishing or a picnic on the property. Susie packs each lunchbox with 1 hearty, home-baked bread roll made with fresh ingredients, along with farm-baked biscuits, fresh fruit, and a warming thermos of tea or coffee. Ready to go wherever your day takes you. : $40

  • Unwind after a day of exploring with a rustic, homemade pizza crafted right here on the farm. Measuring a generous 30cm, Susie’s pizzas are topped with fresh ingredients with care. : $40 per pizza

  • We can provide breakfast provisions for you to prepare your breakfast in your own time in your self-contained accommodation with a fully functioning kitchen. The provisions include eggs, bacon, tomatoes and home-baked bread for 2 people: $50

  • Make your stay easy with our BBQ package featuring a selection of quality local produce and salad, ready to cook up and enjoy. You can choose your preferred meats to make it easier : price varies on what you choose
